Our coffee brand is Brew-Society.

Our headquarters are in Lausanne (Switzerland),but our talents are also in Geneva, Vevey and Morges.

Ambition

Our mission is to offer the most delicious, natural, ethical and healthy caffeine experience; from fruit to drink.

To achieve that, we focus our developments on consumer-oriented products, to be enjoyed on the go or at our new engaging and stimulating retail and café environments.

Our company has been active since December 2016, and is focusing on three complementary categories, coffee with our brand BREW-SOCIETY and leading the development of CASCARA products, notably in proudly being the company that successfully managed to change the EU Novel Food regulation for cascara :

Coffeecionados with very different
yet complementary skills and backgrounds:

Ennio Cantergiani(Product Development & Training)

The development and management of the CASCARA business is carried out through our subsidiary ECOCASCARA SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The Current Board of Directors is composed of 5 members:

Philippe Lang, first Board Member representing the investors, sudden passing in 2020, will leave our company orphan of his sharp professional inputs. He leaves a legacy of driving a sustainability agenda and will be dearly missed.

NEWS

Our big thanks to ONE CREATION Coopérative for the trust in funding the development of our Ice Cascara products, that help organic farmers to valorize coffee by-products. ECOCASCARA SA, after getting the approval for cascara products in Switzerland based on EU Novel Food law, is leading the approval process in the EU.
